.....I liked your describing the holiday activities of BPO employees - not just pubbing or rolling, it has serious CSR also - compassion, coupled with concrete, tangible action.
Likewise you have described the 'cultural differences' that exist with clients and how one should recognise and manage them. Accompanying diagrams and apt language helped very well in this.
I saw you have taken care to bring out the unfair attitude that the society shows towards even good human beings & competent workers, just because they work for a BPO. Essential Tips for Success - 'Vetiyin Ragasiyam' (page 83-92) has come out well. Succint and focused.
And so is the chapter on BPO Girls; and why good rest is important because of odd duty hours. Well, to round it off, it is a must read.
Also, as I suggested, a version 2 is required. And you can do it better. You should use a wider canvas and should bring in more information.
